배송 준비 전에는 마이페이지 또는 고객센터를 통해 전액 취소·환불이 가능합니다. 상품 수령 후 7일 이내 반품 신청이 가능하며, 반품 상품을 확인한 뒤 3영업일 이내 결제하신 수단(카드·Alipay·WeChat Pay·PayPal 등)으로 환불해 드립니다. 단순 변심에 의한 반품은 왕복 배송비를 고객이 부담하고, 상품 하자·오배송은 배송비를 포함해 전액 환불합니다. 주문제작·맞춤 제작 상품 등 일부 품목은 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
Orders can be cancelled in full before shipment. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery; once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method (card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPal, etc.) within 3 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer for change of mind, and by us for defective or incorrect items. Made-to-order items may be excluded.
